Adaptive Activities
Financial need should never be a barrier to participation
At the core of our mission at Adaptive Activities is the belief that financial need should not be the determining factor whether someone can participate in our activities or programs. Our program costs are designed to be reasonable and consistent with industry standards, but if they represent a financial burden to a participant, Adaptive Activities will reduce all or part of the fees on a sliding scale depending on need.
Participants or their caregivers can request a private financial needs evalution at the time of registration. Adaptive Activities staff will work with the participant's caregivers to determine the level of need. Please let the Adaptive Activities staff members know of your request at the time of registration.
The sliding scale financial aid support that we provide is based on the needs of the individual and the resources Adaptive Activities has in our financial aid support pool at the time of the request.
Many donors choose to direct their funds specifically to support our financial aid support pool. If you would like do donate to these efforts, please contact Adaptive Activities Executive Director Richard Huffman directly.
